i cant update my re200 because it keeps coming up with "failed to update the firmware". my firm ware version is 1.0.12. firmware build is 230220 And then i go to download centre and go to "download for Re200". Yes, its in my region. It asks for my hardware version ...,,, and its V5?????? weird. and im looking for my build number and even when i look AT All OF THEM i cant find mine. Why ?
