My router keeps disconnecting from all the devices. After some moments the devices are reconnected and the same process goes on during the day for many times. The router also heats up when I check during this problem. After turning off the router for 1or 2 minutes the problem gets fixed temporarily but same thing happens after a while.

My router is almost 2.5 years old. I would be really helpful if I get a permanent fix to this problem.
