My wifi has both 2.4g and 5g. So when I tried to get the range extender set up through the app, at first, only the 2.4g extender worked. In efforts to get the 5g to work, I factory reset it and tried the set up again. This time, I can't connect to the extenders wifi, even after I reset the password through the app. No matter what I did, only the power LED lit up, never the signal, 2.4G, or 5G LEDs. Does anyone have a solution?

Hi, after factory reset, the default extender Wi-Fi should be open, no password required. Please reset the extender again: Use a pin to press the reset button/hole for 1 second, then please refer to the instructions below to configure it:
