Model: Archer MR500  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 220818 Rel.69350n

My daugher has this router in order to connect to the internet using a data only SIM.  The sim has unlimited data.  It is a 5G sim from Voxi (UK)

The problem is that the connection to the internet drops several times a day.  As soon as the box is rebooted, the internet connection is restored

 

The firmware update says that the firmware is up to date.   

. 

I have run out of suggestions   It is still less than 30 days from purchase so I am about to advise her to return it to Amazon

Hi, could you please download the latest firmware from the official website and update it manually?

Upgrade Instruction (Local Upgrade): How to upgrade the firmware of TP-Link Wireless Dual Band 4G LTE Router

 

After that, if the problem still happens, please don't restart it, login the web interface of the MR500 and share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page along with system log file.
