Model: Archer AX1800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.5 Build 20220216 Rel. 59311(4555)

Hi

I installed my new router yesterday and all seemed fine

However on a Windows Device i am only getting 0.25 upload speeds (Surface Pro 9 and an Acer Vero (wifi 6))

0629b6f9b06b4bffbc99c7bb1d03099b

However on an Android device i get the below speeds (Google Pixel 6a and Samsung Galaxy Tab S7)

3e58e0a04c134938aeb4e5dfe1d16cd7

What i have setup wrong to create this anomaly?

QoS is off, i have tried enabling it and prioritising my Windows devices to no affect

Parental Control is off

Surface Pro 9 is running Windows 10 Enterprise (work device)

Acer Vero is running Windows 11 Professional (personal device)

Any help appreciated :)

  @Geroo

Its seems Speedtest by Ookla - The Global Broadband Speed Test is giving these weird results, using another speed checker brings back results I would be expecting, very bizarre though

  @Geroo

Thank you very much for the update, glad to hear that another speed checker gives correct speed, you could monitor if everything works fine when you surf the internet especially on those Windows devices, if there is any further issue, feel free to let us know.

Hope you could enjoy the internet with our product.
