Satellite deco stuck on yellow, despite reset. Main Deco is green.

Hi, Have you tried the firmware recovery?

How to use firmware recovery if the Deco become brick

And how long have you had the Deco units?

 

If still, nothing happened after firmware recovery or the satellite M5 could not get into recovery mode, it is suggested to contact the shop retailer to check for warranty service.
