I cant access www.tplinkrepeater.net  or http //192.168.l.254 to reset my range exteder which has happened before. Help please as this is very frustrating as you can imagine

Depending on your RE model  you could try 192.168.0.254 as well.

If you want to reset your RE the easiest way is to use its RESET button - usually it's left to the ethernet port.

Press for one second when the RE is powered to reset.
