Yes. It does fix that issue. It is worth to note is an old beta, so is older than current version. More on that on older threads.

 I've another Huawei Router (AX3000) and works fine on every DFS channel.

 

It may also be useful to note that I do not live nearby a radar centre or airport. 

 

Its now working ok with the beta firmaware provided by the community.

  @celdae123 I see you're experiencing trouble with the WiFi channel on your Archer AX50. Since the neighbors are also on channel 36, changing to a DFS channel for better performance makes sense furniture. For the beta firmware, reaching out to @Kevin_Z directly is a good approach. Hopefully, the beta version will address the channel reversion issue. Good luck!
