Model: Deco XE75
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

I migrated from an older Google WiFi mesh system to my new TP Link Deco XE75, and I noticed that the device list does not display each device's host name like it did on Google WiFi. So all phones connected to my network are listed as "phone" instead of "Daniel's iPhone" as it's defined in the phone settings.

Additionally, I would like to be able to access my devices using their hostname i.e. my-iot-device.local.

I think that given the specs on the XE75, it should be capable of such a simple feature.

Can anyone tell me whether this feature is coming in future updates, or should I return my XE75 and look elsewhere?

On a side note, I was not able to select my device from the input field above on my iPhone.
