Model: TL-WPA8631P KIT
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 3.0.2 Build 20230505 Rel.60353

I am using the TL-WPA8631P KIT for about a year now and recently I am no longer getting internet on the 2.4GHz band.

I am only using the 2.4 band because the max speed of the both 2.4 and 5GHz are the same and most devices I own use the 2.4GHz band anyway.

I have reset the kit, updated the firmware, re-paired them. Still no internet on the 2.4GHz band.

Then I activated the 5GHz band and the 2.4/5 guest-network. On all 3 of them I get an internet connection, but not on the 2.4GHz network. Does anyone know what's going on here?

Any help would be appreciated.

  @XenoMorpH

Hi, did you try changing 2.4G WiFi channel and even change the WiFi name?

And is there any error message when you connect to the 2.4G main network? if not, will you be able to get IP address?

Please try pinging your router LAN IP and also ping 8.8.8.8 on the 2.4G WiFi client device to see if ping works.
