Hi there,

Will the TL-MR3020 work for sharing internet with WiFi when sourcing its 4G internet connection from an IPhone mobile hotspot connection via lightening cable to the USB port on the TL-MR3020?

Currently able to distribute my mobile hotspot via WiFi using a wireless connection between the phone hotspot and an old router, however looking to improve the reliability of the this connection using a USB connection, similar to when connecting mobile hotspot directly to a PC or laptop. But unsure if this kit will be compatible with the 4G connection when used in this way.

Thanks :-)

  @Wee_Jimmy_20

Hi, it seems that you would like to use iphone as a USB modem/dongle with the MR3020, you could have a try but we are unable to confirm the compatibility.

If MR3020 shows USB modem unplugged or no internet access even though the USB modem is detected, it means they are not compatiple.

Also make sure your MR3020 is using the latest firmware.
