Model: Archer VR1210v
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Latest available

** Please ignore the model in the Model field.  This is a TP-Link Archer VR1210v, NOT a Archer 10 **

Have attempted to provision a several SOGEA circuits with the TP-Link Archer VR1210v.

They don't seem to be compatible.

The firmware is the latest offering for the device.

Tried using VLAN 101 as I would do so with FTTCs.

And the result is always the same, we cannot get the connection running as the radius won’t authenticate.

Is this model compatible with SOGEA circuits?  -  All evidence online points towards they should be compatible.

Has anyone else come across this issue?

Does anyone have experience with this?

  @TPWin

Hi, is the DSL LED solid on? who is your ISP please? And did you get this Archer VR1210v from your ISP? If so, it is recommended to contact your ISP to check the line and also the configuration.

Please share with us screenshots of Advanced->Status page and system log if there is any further issue.
