I am using 3 Deco X20 units at the moment.
I want to add 1 more for coverages blindspot.
Should I buy same X20 or get a better unit such as X60/XE75 to become main unit.
Does it makes a difference?

If you have no issues with Deco X20 mesh performance, just blindspots, it does not make sense to buy more expensive Deco unit from X-series. There is no benefit for doing that.

So, just get another X20, that would be my recommendation. Unless, of course, you can find different Deco model from X-series on sale for less than X20, then get one that costs less. Check prices for X50, X55, X60, in addition to X20.
