Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.6

The DHCP server does not work stable or cannot refresh soon when connected both wired and wireless LAN, it does not assign right IP to the devices sometimes.

1. Please make sure the firmware version of your BE800 Router is the latest version, and let us know the current firmware version.

2. You could also try configuring static IP address on the client devices to see if the connection would be stable.

There is no problem if using static IP.

 

If the problem still exists, please help to confirm the following details for analysis:

It's ok now after reserved ip address.

1. Topology of your network, except for the BE800 router, is there any other satellite router or extenders etc.?

connect with PoE switch + ipcam + PC and hub + network printer

2. The issue happens on all client devices at the same time, or only some of the client devices have the issue randomly?

randomly at first when mobile + ipad + pc connect together.

3. How often does it usually happen? is there any error message and how do you get it work again?

at first period, pc showed connected with random ip number, restart router then ok.

4. How many client devices are usually connected to the router and what are they?
