Hi 

 

I can't  get my TP-Link to work, it's fully charged, it's shows that there is a wifi connection but I can connect to it, the app can't find the device at all, I can't see a reset button

 

I don't know what hardware or firmware verison it is because the app can't find it

 

I have an EE sim in it which has plenty of data

 

I purchased it on the 4th June 2023 and have tried to also go on your trouble shooting pages but it tells me to go to the app which can't detect the device

Hi, you mean you are unable to join its WiFi at all or WiFi shows connected but no internet access?

To connect it via tpMiFi App, you have to connect to its WiFi first, also turn off mobile data and VPN on your phone if there is. If the App still doesn't detect the M7200, you could also try logging in its web interface via tplinkmifi.net or 192.168.0.1

 

In addition, for resetting the MiFi device, please follow this guide: How to Reset TP-Link Mobile Wi-Fi Devices to Factory Defaults
