Auto Negotiation Only 100Mbps, ISP 500Mbps
When connecting the ISP ethernet directly to my PC (without Archer AX12) with a category 6, 5e, 5 cables, it reaches 500Mbps

Changed the cable, Forcibly enabled the 1000MB/S mode. On PC the connection speed is 500MB/s.

You have a problem that has to be solved. Either way it's a cable issue (most probably) or a router WAN port issue.
This kind of problem has been observed in many other router models and in most cases replacing the ethernet cable solves that.
In rare cases it's because incompatible ethernet ports (FW issue) of connected devices or a faulty ethernet port.

@terziyski I believe that the problem is not in the cable, the problem is not with the WAN, the problem is in the correct detection of the speed by the AX12 router, because under the same conditions my computer detects it correctly and the speed is 500Mb/s

Hi, I have the same problem my ISP 300Mbps, but WAN is Auto Negotiation Only 100Mbps.
fw:1.3.9 Build 20230728 Rel. 45716. Hardware Version: V1.2
If the wan is fixed at 1Gb full duplex it will not work.
Changing cables doesn't matter with the router none of them work on gigabit , as long as they work on laptops.
Checked everything, restarted, changed everything, no change.
