Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: 1

Hello,

With MR3020 3g usb modem,

1 - Does it provide internet via both wireless AND Ethernet at the same time?

Turkey - Turkish

2 - How to update software?

Hi, under 3G/4G Router mode, the LAN/WAN port will be LAN port, so you could use the Ethernet connection and WiFi at the same time.

For firmware update, you could refer to this guide: How to upgrade firmware of TL-MR3020

If there is any further question, please let us know the hardware version and current firmware version of your router.
