Model: General Product
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.1.0.11 build 220623

Hi,

So my M7000 was working really well since yesterday or the day before when i made the update of the firmware. Since then i cannot have a connexion over 7kB/s (download and upload) And this is only during the best moment.

I tried everything. Reboot, reset, reset to factory. But it keeps the same firmware and doesnt change a bit!

There is no ISP file for this model on the website so i have no way to change it (if this is the problem).

I tried to downgrade it but it is not possible as it blocks around 50% and say that the file is damaged (i downloaded it 5 times on different computers with the same result so probably not the problem of the file) and i tried to reinstall the same version just in case, but with the same result.

What do i do?

I saw that this company has quite a lot of similar problem and i'm very worry because i'm using it for my work and i need an urgent solution!

Please i really need a quick answer.

Thank you

  @Laoshi974

Please login the web interface of the M7000 via tplinkmnifi.net, then check 3G or 4G signal on the top right side corner to see if it receives 3G or 4G signal.

If it shows 3G, please go to Advanced->Dial-up->Network Settings page to change Network Mode from 4G Preferred to 4G Only.
