Archer VX1800v not supporting vectoring and retransmission?

Hello everyone,
Today I got in contact with my isp for horrible vdsl speeds and errors and they told me that this router does not support vectoring and retransmission, when clearly in the specifications it does. What's going on here?
Does it support it or my isp is saying whatever?
