access telnet in tp-link router dt-8961n V5

Hello Dear Tp-link Team
Two days ago I bought a modem router Tp-Link dt-8961n V5 , when I tried to access Telnet using CMD in Windows 10 , it asked the user name and password , I wrote admin-admin
it said the sign $ what is it mean ?
I activated the service via modem settings.
The router is completely new , its settings are default .
The Question is , what is the user name and password for this service for a root useraccount ? or where can I find them ? to be able to access TP-Link in CMD.

thank you for replying my friend , I read this article before and have saved the rom and open it via note , saw all the passwords and use nothing change
in your opinion is this kind of modems supports telnet service the frimware is new the version V5 , I can't understand why that happened cuz I have tried to access telnet in an old tplink modem and it works , but in this new version it doesn't , but if the choise exist in the modem settings , it must work , but how 
???
If you open the modem router tech specs - its clearly stated that:
Acccording to this v5 shouls support telnet management as well.
