Hardware Version: V5

Firmware Version:

I have two units tplink TL-MR6400 and all of them are damaged. one unit is completely dead and another unit is ON, but the signal and internet indicator light are OFF. My question is, can repairs be done at service center ? both were damaged by thunder and both have expired warraties. please answer, thank you.
