when i play an online game it reaches arround 800ms ping and very slow speeds and after a few minutes it disconnects me 
the pc is arround 2 meters away of the router 
tried downloading drivers still same thing, tried all the ports of the pc still same thing.

my mother board is the asus b450m-k and the cpu is ryzen 5 4500
is this a problem that the dongle and the board dont work great together or what ??
i cant solve the problem

the speeds in normal use are around 70mbps download and around 40mbps upload and sometimes it drops below 30 mbps download and upload

(edit): i tried the usb dongle on my old laptop and put it the in the same place as the pc and it works amazing speeds are above 180mbps and the ping is amazing 
(i know you might say that its the built in laptop wifi but i disabled it in the device maneger and left the usb dongle working)
its just in my pc the speeds are not good, high ping and disconnections
