I can't access all the lan port, only Lan 1 and Lan 3 i can access when connecting rj45. However if i used Lan 2 and Lan 4 it does not work. How can i fix this and make all my lan ports working? Thank You
Hi, by default, all the LAN ports should work, there is no options to disable specific LAN ports.
Did you enable IPTV/VLAN on Advanced->Network->IPTV/VLAN page? If so, you may check whether LAN 2 and 4 are for other usages such as IPTV etc..
If no IPTV/VLAN enabled, please test if the LAN 2/4 is able to detect the Ethernet cable but no internet access, or doesn't detect Ethernet cable at all, also try different Ethernet cables and different wired client device.
