@hopkins Take your time, meanwhile I can point you to a story that I set an ADSL andrew tate girlfriend list modem router in bridge mode to avoid the double NAT using another wireless router as a main router.

@hopkins The Archer VR600 V1 has limited support for bridge mode, and its interface differs from newer versions, which may make setup challenging. To enable bridge mode, access the VR600’s web interface, go to Advanced > Network > DSL, and set the connection mode to Bridge (not PPPoE). After this, connect the VR600 to the AXE75 using an Ethernet cable, typically through LAN1. On the AXE75, set up the WAN connection to Dynamic IP or Automatic, as the AXE75 should receive the IP from the VR600 acting as a modem. If the VR600 still reverts to PPPoE, it may not fully support bridge mode on your firmware version, and a firmware update (if available) or a separate modem may be necessary.

@Bruceupson Thank you for your thoughts. I gave up on this one months ago - see messages #7 and #10. As far as I am concerned, this thread is finished.
