Ax1500 pitiful weak WiFi signal
Our ISP was Vodafone but we moved to an isp who sadly supply ax1500 routers. The WiFi is so weak nothing works that's not close to the router. Tried tp-link support but all they advised is to speak to Vodafone to ask if they would help me configure the WiFi booster Vodafone supplied when they were my isp. You really couldn't make this up re how bad the ax1500 router is nor how bad the tp-link support is. Anyone ever managed to connect a Vodafone WiFi booster to the weak signal ax1500 router?

Hi, regarding the AX1500 router, please confirm the specific model, is it Archer AX1500, or Archer AX10 etc.? and what is the hardware and firmware version?
You mentioned the signal is weak, please provide more details such as the signal strength and distance from the router.
If you are experiencing a weak WiFi signal with your router, there are several steps you can take to improve it:
1. Router Placement: Ensure that your router is placed in a central location within your home or office. Avoid placing it near walls, obstructions, or other electronic devices that may interfere with the signal.
2. Antenna Positioning: If your router has external antennas, try adjusting their positions to optimize signal coverage. Positioning them vertically or at a 45-degree angle can sometimes yield better results.
3. Channel Selection: Check the WiFi settings on your router and select a less congested channel. This can help reduce interference from neighboring WiFi networks.
4. Firmware Update: Make sure your router's firmware is up to date.
5. WiFi Extender/Repeater: Consider using a WiFi extender or repeater to amplify the signal and extend its range to areas with weak coverage.
Remember, WiFi signal strength can also be affected by factors outside of your control, such as the layout of your home, interference from other devices, and the distance between your device and the router.
Regarding the Vodafone WiFi booster, are you able to configure it and connect it to the AX1500 router WiFi?
