If you would like to change the owner account, please unbind the router from the previous owner account first, go to More/Tools->TP-Link ID on the Tether App, tap the three dots on the right side of your account, and tap Unbind.
After that, you can log out of your account from the Tether App, log in with the new email(if it is not a TP-Link ID yet, please sign up with the new email first), and then you could bind the router to this new account.
