after upgrade to latest version downloaded, it reboot and the battery light bliking, never able to start.

even with battery on. anyone can help?

  @Sunshine I have tried reset, also the same. Battery light blinking once I power on, even if I hold reset button for more than 10 seconds. Plug into pc, device manager shows android device.
