Tplink extender not connecting to wifi

The extender has not been connecting to the wifi router... tried the steps on the tp management app, but the screen keeps looking for the extender and shuts down.

Have you try to configure the RE via web browser - details.
Also make sure that your RE is with the latest FW release.
