Have updated modem to Telstra Smart Modem 3, RE200 not connecting via tether app.. says it cant be found

Iphone 12 keeps showing disconnected network, have tried to remove from iphone but its still showing

Have reset RE200 and followed all troubleshooting recommendations.

It looks like its still connected to old network wont find new network 

Urgent reply would be appreciated.

To reset the RE press the reset button for about 10 seconds. After successful reset use this video guide for configuring the RE.

If this was helpful click on the arrow pointing upward to make it blue. If this solves your issue, click the star to make it blue and mark the post as a "Recommended Solution".
