Hello,

 

we have this model of device tp-link tl-wr840n.

Is it possible to create more admin users as we can see there is only one admin user.

We need it to give another admin user credentials to different support team.

Is it possible for this device?

No, the router doesn't have that option. You can have only one user and it's an administrator user. You can change its name or password but that's it.

Check Chapter 4.16.7 from the router user guide - here.
