Model: Archer AX1500
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Versão de firmware:1.4.0 3.1.0 v608a.0 Build 240227 Rel.46534n

In the configurations of the router, when I try to enable the 2.4Ghz wifi, none of my devices can see it (not showing in the wifi page). But the 5Ghz works just fine, that is, devices can see it and connect to it. Band Steering also works, but I wanted to set 2 separated wifi's. I'm trying connecting in the same room as the router and tried going around the house also.

I've tried changing the channel from 1 to 13, tried changing the security mode, signall strenght... pretty much everything that is on that page. On running Diagnosis it shows nothing, in the status page it shows that the wifi is enabled. The others configurations are the default values. I'm running on the newest fimware. It's not set as an occult wifi as I tried connecting with the SSID and password.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Just to be clear, when using Band Steering I can see in the configurations of the wifi that it's indeed 2.4Ghz/5Ghz. So it's a problem when enabling 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz sepparatly

  @SoulLegend_

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

You may take a factory reset and reconfigure the router again. When setting up wireless settings, please make sure Smart Connect is disabled and set different wifi names for 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi band, then check the 2.4Ghz wifi signal again on all your clients.
