I am with TPG and they supplied vx220 modem which keeps on dropping from time to time.

I like to get a better one say vx420-g2h or v.

They will not supply vx220-g2. and not vx420.

 

How can I buy directly from you. eBay only sells second hand one.

The products you mentioned is customized models for some ISPs only in your region. If you want to purchase this kind of products, we are not sure whether you can get from online/local store.
