I'm trying to set up Deco AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 for the first time but the device is not found. How can I access the "More" section of the App's settings when I can't move past this stage? I think the issue is I need to select VLan 10.

The Deco is connected to the ONT (Chorus NZ) and the provider is 2 degrees.

My app is on an iPhone.

Thanks for any guidance!

Thanks.

It turned out that the ONT was faulty. It required a technician to fix that. Then the app found the devices and I was able to select the VLan settings. Success!

  @DW103

Hi,

Please double check the model number of your Deco, AX3000 seems to be the specification of the Deco.

How to find the model number of your TP-Link device.

After you finish the set up process, you can see the 'More' option on the Deco APP.

Besides, when you go through the setup process, it will have the option to set up VLAN settings.

How do I set up my Deco?
