AX5400/VX420-G2h web interface non-responsive
Hi All,
Please note: Archer A5 is NOT the model of this modem. It is an AX5400/VX420-G2h. The forum does not contain these model numbers and doesn't allow posting without a model number.
Our ISP-supplied modem works well enough for our needs, however I find the web interface is often unresponsive, meaning no response from http:// or https:// direct to its IP address. Also unable to access using known TP-Link URLs.
The interface is accessible again after router reboot, but within 24 hours or less, it is inaccessible again.
Any clues or known issues? I will be following up with the ISP.
