Model: Archer AX3000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: :1.2.0 3.0.0 v6060.0 Build 230829 Rel.34106n

I have a door camera that will only connect to a 2.4G network. How do I isolate the 2.4G network on my AX3000 router? At the moment I can only see a single network SSID.

TIA

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

Smart Connect may be enabled, so you can only see one SSID.

Here are two methods that you can disable Smart Connect and set different wireless settings for 2.4GHz and 5GHz wifi band.

1. Login the web management interface, go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless Settings, you should be able to disable the Smart Connect there.

2. Open the Tether APP on your phone and login the Router, go to Tools > Wireless Settings to disable it.
