Hi

 

I'm having issue with the router randomly disconnected to the internet. When the issue happen ive notice the router LED are like restarting

 

and will blink again 1 by 1 and reconnect again to internet.  I have checked with ISP and they mentioned no issue with the connection.  

 

The issue are happening to frequent now, please help on this.

 

15:56 when internet disconnected. Do let me know is there any logs that i can provide.

Hi, thanks for posting question on our community.

Sorry, we can not get the point according to your log sharing.

We may need to confirm some detailed information to understand your situation better.

1. Who is your ISP and what is your exact network topology? Except the router, do you have TP-Link range extender in the topology?

2.When did you purchase the router and when did the issue start happening?

3.How often does the issue happen?

4.According to your description, it seems auto-reboot. Did you use original power adapter? Can you try different power sockets?

5.If convenient, you may share a short video to record the precess of the “auto-reboot”（LED status on the router).

6. You may share the whole log if possible.
