Hi,

Archer Air R5 can be connected to Deco nodes to extend the network, but it cannot join the Deco Mesh WIFI.

You can just connect the Archer Air R5 to the Deco node via Ethernet cable, and normally set it up.

If you haven't purchased the Archer Air R5 yet, it's generally recommended to add other Deco nodes to extend your Deco network, so you can still enjoy Deco Mesh.

How to add an additional unit to your Deco network
