Can't connect Two onemesh router

My two router archer c6 v2 & archer c6 v 3.2
I connect both router by WDS
Then when i go to onemesh option
Both router shows add option but when i am trying to add its say operation failed
How can i solved it?

Two Routers cannot build OneMesh network.
