Model: Archer Air R5
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I subscribed to CelcomDigi (Malaysia). They provided TP-Link EX510 as main wireless router.

However, I intended to replace it with Air Archer R5.

They gave me the username, password and VLAN ID.

But I encountered problem with Internet access. The system said no Internet connection.

I suspected it is related to ISP Profile as required in tplinkwifi.net setup process.

Please advise.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

You may refer to this guide to reconfigure Air Archer R5 for a try.

As EX510 is a customized model for some ISPs only, you may contact your ISP to confirm whether they have any limitation to other wireless routers.

And it is also suggested to contact local support for direct help.
