Tether app does not recognize router password
Very frustrating. After setting up the router - the tether app does not recognise the password to login to manage the router. The password is pretty long and I have typed it in accurately - nothing. Very frustrating. TP link has not resolved this issue ......

Here are two suggestions for your reference:
1. Please update Tether app to the latest from Google Play or Apple Store.
2. Please log into the web interface of BE230, change the password twice, change it back to previous password and then check the APP login again.
Note that please use a password without special characters.
For example, the current password is A, you could change it to B, and change it back to A.
