very slow internet connection

I just changed my net adapter a few days ago, and the internet speed is very very very slow (154 bytes/sec).It takes 10 minutes just to open google. There is no problem in my computer because i connected it with other internet connections and it worked properly. There is no problem with my internet provider because in my laptop and other computers it works properly.
What should i do?
Maybe the net card needs some configuration or something.
