Hi, thanks for posting question here~
The emulator you shared is the wireless router mode. Archer VR2100v only supports MER under DSL modem router mode.
Did your ISP told that DHCP option 61 is necessary for the internet configuration? Sorry that we are not sure it is compatible with your ISP.

@Marvin_S
the Nova isp from Greece gives the following info for VOIP to work
DHCP Option 61 --> 30210χχχχχχχ_somedomain
Registrar/SIP server/Sip Proxy ---> somedomain
SIP number ---> 30210χχχχχχχ
SIP Username ---> 30210χχχχχχχ
Password --> xxxxxxxx
I understand that Archer VR2100v is a voip modem/router. The question is, can it support DHCP Option 61. Is there a field when we can declare the client identifier?

Hi, sorry to tell that it does not support to choose DHCP Option 61 directly, which is built-in the SKY (MER)_VDSL(ISP list). So if you choose other ISP profile or other, then choose PPPoE to put in your username and password, it makes no sense.
You may try choose SKY (MER)_VDSL and put in your own configuration parameters. If it does not work, I am afraid there is so further solution~
