however when trying to reach it remotely through the app "thether" it is showed as offline and there's no way to access to it.

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

You may reboot the router or update Tether app to the latest from Google Play/Apple Store.

If convenient, you may take factory reset on the router and reconfigure it.

@Marvin_S hi, the router is not exacly located in the same place where I am... cannot reboot it. It was working fine till last week, I have used Tether many many times without no issues at all. It is still offline, however I know for sure it is online and working.

I can read here many people have had the same issues, any solutions? Thanks

Hi, thanks for your update~

Now I can understand your situation more clearly. According to your description, the device is offline from TP-Link cloud, so you failed to control it via Tether app anymore.

Did you remember the hardware version and firmware version of your TL-MR6400?

I am afraid now the best method is to get the device rebooted by someone for a try.
