I had a Deco mesh set up, but it just kept causing issues. I've now disconnected them all and obviously the app can't connect to any information now. Am I able to delete the network? Do the actual hubs contain any personal details or was this all online with the app membership? If I give away the hubs I don't want any of my information still there. Thank you!

Hi,

If you're no longer using the Deco or want to set up a new Deco network with these devices, you can delete the old network in the APP.

And for the Deco units, you can simply reset it, and they won’t retain any of your personal information.
