Model: Deco X50
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.5

I am having connection issues with my ring doorbell. That and associated cameras are connected to the IOT network. I was advised to get as many devices as possibble off the IOT 2.4GHz network on to the 5GHz so I opened the app to try to sort it out.

My problem is that i am getting device names I do not recognise which I accept the system would not know but I am also getting multiple instances of the same device. For example I have 4 instances of one of my laptops appearing with the name I gave it on the system 4 times each with different mac addresses. My phone appears twice and the other issue is that all of these appear in offline clients list. So my first question why are there multiple instances?

Secondly I have 4 ring devices which are showing under IoT network but listed in offline clients but they are working so they must be online. Have I got something wrong with my configuration?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.

May I confirm the "4 instances" you mentioned means different names? Can you share the screenshot to show the problem for better understanding?

It is suggested to follow tips below:

1. Make sure Deco is up-to-date from Google Play or Apple Store.

2. Make sure firmware is update on Deco app.

3. Check the problem on another phone if possible.

4. Reboot the device and the Deco system.

You may also contact local technical support for direct help~
