Model: VX230v
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.17.0 2.0.0 v606c.0 Build 241105 Rel.21895n

Does this modem support PPPoE passthrough or the function "Disable NAT"?

I live in Italy and for my ISP "TIM" (the biggest ISP in Italy) these functions are almost indispensable, not by chance the modem provided by my ISP comes with both functions.

If it doesn't support them, is it possible to add at least one of the two features in a future firmware update? It's really important, thank you.

  @TPint

Hello, thank you for posting on the TP-Link community, and we certainly appreciate all your feedback and feature request(s) here.

While we don't have any specific details that I can share around if these features can come to all the home routers, or when it might, I'll make sure to log this feature request and pass it along to the related team.

At the same time, it is more suggested to contact local technical support to send direct feedback.

  @Marvin_S

Is it possible to include this request as urgent?

As I wrote above, it is not a detail or something to add, but it is essential, thank you.

Is it possible to forward this urgent request to the technical support theme and have them contact me by email?
