Wifi has stopped working

I've had tp links set up for ages in my house. A few weeks ago the wireless signals disappeared. They still work well with an ethernet cable, and both show up on the powerline scanner as type T200 with a question mark in the Rate box. Ive have tried resetting etc multiple times, this makes no difference. The TP Link website seems to talk about a wireless configuration utility that is different to the normal powerline utlity, but I cannot find the download for this anywhere. Can anybody help.
