Hello all

 

I am attempting to reconfigure my port forwarding after rebuild a server.

When I attempt to change the IP/Port options the app reports that the IP is already in use.

 

Background:

I needed to rebuild a server, so I changed the port forwarding to look a temp server. Then I rebuilt the original server and went to change all the port forwarding back to the original server. 

 

I deleted a forward entry to rebuild it from scratch and I still get the error message when I go to save the entry for the original server.

However I can successfully rebuild the entry if I use the temp server IP.

 

Something tells me there is an issue with the new server, however I am at a loss as to what to check for as both server are supposed to be identical except for IP.

 

I have cold booted the network and have restarted the phone the app is on.

 

Any thoughts would be most helpful.

Hi, welcome to our community.

You may update firmware to latest to check whether the problem can be resolved.

It is also suggested to delete all port forwarding settings  and reconfigure it.

If it does not help, please share your server and the screenshot of your port forwarding settings on Deco app.
