Digital Voice with Deco M5
Our main Deco M5 hub is connected to Full Fibre in the hall.
Currently we also have copper wire to our answerphone in the hall.
Early next year we need to switch to full fibre with digital voice and lose copper wire.
Is it possible to connect our answerphone to the Deco M5 and have our other wireless phones connect to the answerphone as now.
If this is possible, what adaptor would I need between the answerphone and the Deco M5 main hub?

Hi, thanks for posting question here.
According the video from BT website, it is more suggested to consult BT internet for recommended adapter type.

If its BT full fibre with Digital voice you are moving to then as far as I know the BT hub will need to be used in order for digital voice to work, if so then you could use the BT hub as your router, disable the wifi on the BT hub and connect the M5 in access point mode.

@Marvin_S Thanks for the link to the video which I watched. I'm with Talktalk not BT so probably doesn't apply although my phones are BT Premium phones.

Hi, I understood. I am afraid that we have no further recommendation about this now.
It is more suggested to contact your current ISP Talktalk for some help.

If its TalkTalk on the BT network then the same will apply, Talktalk router first, with Decos connected in AP mode.
