Deco M9 Plus with Ethernet Backhaul is working very slowly
I have a 1Gb internet connection plugging into the Main Deco. The Main Deco speed test tells me that my internet connect is about 700Mb/s using the Deco App. I know my internet connect is 1Gb/s as this is was SamKnows Real speed confirms by testing my router directly.
From the Main Deco an ethernet cable connects to the Kitchen Deco.
From the Kitchen, i use the 2nd port to connect to the larder.
From the Larder, i use the 2nd port to connect to the garage.
This way i have 4 decos M9 are connected via ethernet in series.
The ethernet back haul results in about an internet connection of just 120Mb/s when measured with my iphone 16 standing right next to the unit. If i go wireless and remove the ethernet backhaul - i get about 220Mb/s.
Why is the ethernet backhaul so slow and even slower then wired? I thought i should be getting near the 1Gb or atleast 75% of it.
